All Party Parliamentary Group for ME

Lost Voices to APPG on ME

Following the UK election of May 2010 a new set of MPs have formed the new All Party Parliamentary Group on ME/CFS.

To accompany the first meeting - to be held on 9th November at 3.15pm, Room B, One Parliament Square - Invest in ME have sent a copy of Lost Voices to each of the APPG committee members.

We hope the scientific and factual information about ME which contained in the book and the stories of patients and carers will enable the APPG MPs to be more aware of the issues surrounding ME and the reasons why Invest in ME continue to campaign for better education and funded biomedical research into ME.

A list of the APPG MPs appears below.

The resumption of the APPG also marks the decision that the meeting will be closed to the public and will be open only to parliamentarians and the secretariat.
